Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

Clear images or videos showing the issueOur team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once the return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products, subject to availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons), customized pieces, and items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

International customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
