1. General Information BBR Jewellery offers international shipping to select countries. By placing an order for international delivery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, so we recommend reviewing them before making a purchase.


2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time


Shipping costs vary based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and courier service. While we provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to customs processing, international transit delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes


All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video evidence for assessment and potential replacement or store credits.

6. Restricted Products & Shipping Limitations

If an order is returned due to import restrictions, we will refund the product cost but not the shipping fees.

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses in certain countries.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

8. Refunds & Returns


International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect and such is substantiated by an unboxing video that should be shared with us within 48 hours of successful delivery.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and an unboxing video of the issue.

Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be issued after inspection and approval.
