Welcome to Bella by Rimjhim (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile platforms, WhatsApp commerce, and related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, without limitation or qualification.

Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos, videos, or other material shared with us (“Submissions”) shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting content, you grant Bella by Rimjhim a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for business, marketing, or promotional purposes.

You confirm that:

You own or control the rights to the content

The content does not violate any law or third-party rights

The content is not misleading, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

Social Media Content

If you tag Bella by Rimjhim or our products on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), you grant us permission to repost or use such content for marketing, while ensuring it is not portrayed negatively or misleadingly.

You retain ownership of your content.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload or transmit content that is:

Illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or misleading

Infringing on intellectual property

Spam, malware, or promotional solicitation

Violation may result in account termination without notice.

Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards

Net Banking, Wallets, Gift Cards

Cash on Delivery (available in limited locations)

All online payments are processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways. Bella by Rimjhim is not responsible for payment gateway failures or breaches.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days, subject to location, availability, and courier timelines.

Shipping and COD charges may apply

Prices and shipping fees may change without notice

Risk and ownership pass to the customer upon delivery

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by you.

Cancellations & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Pricing errors

Fraud detection

Technical glitches

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns & Credit Notes

Due to the nature of jewelry products:

No refunds are offered

Credit notes are issued only for manufacturing defects

To claim a defect:

Attach an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Claims without unboxing videos will not be entertained.

Credit notes are processed within 15 days. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Customers must not post defamatory content on social media before contacting us, failing which claims may be rejected.

Allergies & Sensitivities

We are not responsible for allergic reactions unless supported by a certified medical report explicitly linking the reaction to our product.

Limitation of Liability

All services and content are provided “as is”.

Bella by Rimjhim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹25,000.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). Class-action claims are not permitted.

Electronic Communication

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This consent overrides DND preferences.

To withdraw consent, email Customerservice@bellabyrimjhim.com and discontinue use of the Site.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance of revised Terms.
